Our Entire Line Is Laser Engravable

With a vision toward the future, Advanced Technology has focused on providing engravers an entire line of micro-surface engraving material that can be laser or rotary engraved to maintain optimum detail. Tests conducted with UNIVERSAL® Laser 25 watt and 50 watt systems operating from 20% to 40% and 10% to 20% power, at 100% speed using MirroFlex engravables, produced excellent results.

ATI uses micro-surface foils and laminates the foils to ABS in our own plant. This tough, invisible coat of armor would have made any knight invincible. Now, you can ward off invasions with Arm-R-Clad protection applied to your MirroFlex engraving materials.

Laser Tips (25 Watt laser) Laser Engraving: Power 30-40%; Speed 100% DPI/PPI 500. Laser Cutting: Power 75-85%; Speed 2% DPI/PPI 250.

Arm-R-Clad

Arm-R-Clad is a super clear, micro-finish shield that provides four times more scratch and abrasion resistance than ordinary coatings. Arm-R-Clad’s thin, yet extremely durable coating lets the true beauty of MirroFlex engravables shine through and last for ages.

Material Fabricating Information

All MirroFlex engraving materials are flexible and will bend for fabricating. Material can be laser cut, die cut, shear cut or cut with a saw. Material is easy to drill or nail and can be nailed without pre-drilling. MirroFlex engraving materials are chip-proof and will not shatter.
